Inspired by two of the world’s richest cultures, Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group was founded in 2023 from the concept of celebrating France and Taiwan through unique multi-sensory experiences.
The first brand, Le Tê, a Parisian salon de thé offering Taiwanese bubble tea as its forefront product, merges Taiwan’s unique flavors and high quality ingredients with those of France and its elegance.

Founder & CEOA Taiwanese born in Taipei, she moved to Paris in 2015 for her studies. Moving to Paris, a leading capital in the hospitality industry, inspired her to share the rich culture of her home with the rest of the world. After her Master’s in International Food & Beverage Management at ESCP in 2023, she founded Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group to its first location, Le Tê.

Store Manager Le Tê
Rich with years of experience in the service industry, Lisa is the key to the operations of Le Tê. Her practical experience in operating a tea room is why she is the store manager of Le Tê since its opening in June 2024.
